Doo Group has announced that its subsidiary, Doo Financial, has secured new regulatory licenses from the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC) and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA), further expanding its global reach.

The BVI FSC has granted Doo Financial Fund Management (BVI) Limited (DF BVI) a license, authorizing it to operate as an investment adviser and manager for various types of funds, including private, professional, and closed-end funds. The IBR/AIM/24/2085 permit enables DF BVI to provide fund management services in compliance with the Investment Business (Approved Investment Managers) Regulations 2012.

Additionally, CIMA has awarded Doo Selected SPC Fund, another entity under Doo Financial, a public fund license with registration number 2147585. This license allows Doo Selected SPC Fund to offer public fund management services aimed at identifying and leveraging global investment opportunities while managing associated risks under CIMA’s supervision.
