Fintokei proudly welcomes Yoshihito Nishioka as a Global Ambassador in a multi-year partnership, amplifying its financial technology reach. The 28-year-old left-hander, a two-time ATP Tour title winner and former Japanese No.1, will now serve as a global ambassador for Fintokei.

Fintokei, known for its proprietary trading platform, has chosen Nishioka due to the player’s alignment with the company’s mission of helping individuals maximize their potential. David Varga, Co-Founder of Fintokei and Board Member of the Czech brokerage company Purple Trading expressed his delight in welcoming Nishioka to the Fintokei family, highlighting the player’s commitment to making the most of his talent and opportunities.

Nishioka, currently ranked among the top 100 tennis players globally, boasts a significant Asian fan base despite being less prominent in the Western hemisphere. In a statement, he emphasized the resonance of Fintokei’s values with his career, noting the platform’s empowerment and revenue-maximizing opportunities for traders.

As part of the partnership, Nishioka will prominently display the Fintokei logo on his sleeve during ATP Tour matches. Additionally, he is set to visit Fintokei’s global headquarters in Brno, Czech Republic. The collaboration aims to elevate Fintokei’s profile and introduce its trading platform to a broader audience.

While the financial details of the agreement remain undisclosed, such partnerships between fintech firms and high-profile athletes are becoming increasingly prevalent. Fintech companies seek to capitalize on the popularity and reach of sports personalities to establish connections with potential customers. With its considerable local popularity, tennis provides an ideal avenue for fintech firms to attract customers from specific jurisdictions and regions, mirroring trends seen in other sports like football and motorsports.

This collaboration follows a trend in the financial industry, where forex and CFD brokers frequently engage in sponsorship deals with tennis stars. In 2021, TMGM partnered with Alexander Zverev, while earlier years saw the legendary Boris Becker endorsing financial services. As fintech firms continue to explore such partnerships, the intersection of sports and finance offers a unique channel for brand exposure and audience engagement.
