XTX Markets Issues Scam Warning: The company emphasized that there has been a notable increase in fraudulent foreign exchange (FX) and cryptocurrency scams perpetrated by entities claiming affiliation with XTX Markets. The firm clarified that it neither issues cryptocurrencies nor offers services on retail FX or cryptocurrency platforms.

Furthermore, XTX Markets stressed that its only official websites are XTXMARKETS.COM and AIMOPRIZE.COM, the latter being the platform for the AIMO Prize. Approach any other website claiming association with XTX Markets cautiously, as it is fraudulent.

The company has urged individuals to exercise vigilance and caution when approached by anyone claiming to represent XTX Markets or offer its branded cryptocurrency or trading services. These individuals are not affiliated with the company in any capacity. XTX Markets also advised clients to report any suspected fraudulent activity to local authorities promptly.

Last year, XTX Markets launched a $10 million fund to foster innovation in the artificial intelligence space. This initiative, known as the AI-MO Prize, seeks to develop AI models capable of achieving gold medals in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO). Finance Magnates reports that the grand prize of $5 million will award the initial publicly-shared AI model demonstrating performance equivalent to securing a gold medal in the IMO, with additional prizes of up to $5 million for AI models reaching significant milestones.

In addition to the AI-MO Prize, XTY Labs, a division under XTX Markets, shared a program to promote algorithmic trading powered by machine learning. The program aims to facilitate research at the intersection of finance and machine learning, providing opportunities for researchers in the field. Candidates expected for the AI Residency Program hold a Ph.D. degree and possess expertise in modern deep learning architecture and managing large datasets. Successful applicants can anticipate a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 per month, along with opportunities for career advancement within XTX Markets.
