Saxo Bank is gearing up to introduce a range of platform enhancements, aimed at enhancing user experience and providing clients with more insightful information.

One of the notable additions is the introduction of an Option Closeout report set to debut in April. This report aims to alert clients about upcoming expiries and potential option closeouts. Within the platform, users will notice clickable “expiry” badges in various sections. Clicking on these badges will prompt the closeout report to open, furnishing users with detailed insights and impacts starting four hours before the option’s expiry.

The report will include crucial information such as the margin impact (both current and estimated), a breakdown by expiry and underlying, estimated Option Expiry Margin, and weight, which linearly increases during the closeout risk period until it reaches 100%. Moreover, users can view the Current Option Expiry Margin, calculated as the reserved option expiry margin within the closeout period.

In addition to the Option Closeout report, Saxo Bank is revamping the display of trading hours on its platform. Users will now have the option to view the trading hours of a particular instrument in the exchange’s time zone or in their own local time zone. This flexibility aims to cater to the diverse geographical locations of Saxo Bank’s clientele, ensuring a more personalized trading experience.

Furthermore, partners of Saxo Bank who subscribe to Factset and receive analytical data for stocks and stock CFDs can look forward to an improved Analytics page slated for release in April. This enhancement seeks to provide partners with more robust analytical tools and insights, empowering them to make informed investment decisions.

Overall, these enhancements underscore Saxo Bank’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology and comprehensive services to its clients and partners, further solidifying its position as a leading player in the investment industry.
