IG Group Holdings plc announced a major update in the IG Group Financial Structure, shifting its financial year end to 31 December. This strategic move aims to align the company’s reporting calendar with standard market practices, ensuring greater consistency and comparability with industry peers.

As a direct result of this change, the company confirmed that its current financial year will now conclude on 31 December 2025. The decision marks a significant step for the company as it continues to refine its corporate structure to meet evolving global standards.

Moreover, IG Group outlined an updated reporting schedule to accommodate the revised year-end structure. The Group plans to release a trading update covering revenue and key performance indicators for the three months ending 30 November 2025 and will publish it in December 2025.
