Before this appointment, he served as Group Company Secretary at Euroclear, where he played a crucial role in overseeing the company’s corporate governance activities. Furthermore, his previous experience includes serving as Head of Legal at BNP Paribas Fortis and as Deputy General Counsel at BNP Paribas Group, where he led legal teams and managed complex issues across the organization.
