eToro has launched six new investment portfolios in collaboration with Franklin Templeton, aiming to assist users in reaching long-term financial goals through target-date strategies. These portfolios, tailored to specific time horizons, dynamically adjust asset allocations, ensuring a seamless transition from growth to preservation without requiring investors to rebalance manually.

Built using Franklin Templeton’s tactical asset allocation insights, the portfolios consist of diversified ETFs spanning various sectors and global markets. Specifically targeting the years 2028, 2030, 2033, and 2035, each portfolio gradually reduces equity exposure as the target date approaches while increasing fixed income investments.

This process ensures a shift from riskier, growth-oriented assets to more stable, income-focused ones as investors near their financial goals. Additionally, eToro has introduced two specialized portfolios, FixedIncome-FT, which holds 90% in fixed income and 10% in equity for conservative investors, and Equity-FT, designed for growth-focused investors with 100% equity allocation and no de-risking over time.

Commenting on the launch, Yoni Assia, CEO and Co-founder of eToro, stated, “We’re thrilled to introduce this new suite of target-date portfolios in partnership with Franklin Templeton’s asset allocation expertise. Whether you’re investing to buy a house or to build a nest egg, target-date portfolios offer a hands-off way to help you stay on track with your financial goals.” He emphasized that this move reflects eToro’s broader mission to provide meaningful long-term investment solutions to retail investors worldwide.

Jenny Johnson, President and CEO of Franklin Templeton, added, “We are excited to partner with eToro. By combining our deep expertise in target-date ETF portfolios with eToro’s cutting-edge social investing platform, we can offer outcome-based investment solutions to a broader audience, including digital-native younger investors.” Investors can begin with as little as USD$1,000, while those committing at least USD$2,000 to the Target2030-FT portfolio between July 1 and December 31, 2025, will benefit from full capital protection, provided they maintain their investment until maturity on June 30, 2030.
