eToro Begins Gradual Migration to Faster AI-Powered App

eToro AI-powered app migration upgrades the platform with faster access, smarter tools, richer market data, and improved portfolio features. The broker said the upgrade will roll out automatically to clients over several weeks, while existing accounts, login details, portfolios, and investments will remain unchanged.  

According to eToro, the new application operates up to five times faster than the current version. As a result, users should be able to access positions, review asset information, and place trades more quickly. The firm said the improved speed will particularly benefit investors who need to react promptly when market conditions or individual assets move.  Meanwhile, eToro has also expanded the role of its artificial intelligence agent, Tori. Previously, users generally needed to ask Tori questions before receiving information.

However, the firm has now made the AI agent proactive. Tori can surface insights connected to assets that clients hold or follow, including movements in positions, developments involving watchlist assets, and other relevant information.  eToro said, “Tori now works proactively,” allowing users to receive potentially relevant updates without first having to formulate a question. Nevertheless, clients can continue to interact with Tori and ask questions whenever they want.  In addition, the redesigned application introduces adjustable views for portfolios and watchlists. Users who prefer a simple interface can continue with the default overview, while those who want more information can activate advanced modes.

These options provide greater data density and allow investors to examine their holdings and watchlists in greater detail.  The new app also includes clearer portfolio displays, richer asset pages, and advanced charting tools. Therefore, eToro aims to give users more information within the application while reducing the need to switch between different screens or external resources.  For clients interested in testing the redesigned platform before the wider migration, eToro has already made early access available. 

The firm said the early-access version will temporarily appear under the name “eToro AI” alongside the existing application. Users should not delete their current app during this period because both versions may remain available on their devices.  Finally, eToro said the “eToro AI” version will eventually be retired after the existing application completes its upgrade. The firm expects clients to continue using their upgraded eToro app normally, with their existing accounts, portfolios, and settings preserved throughout the transition.
