Robinhood Fund adds Stripe ElevenLabs Investments, expanding fintech and AI portfolio for retail investors worldwide.
Robinhood Ventures Fund I has announced new investments in Stripe and ElevenLabs, marking a continued expansion of its portfolio shortly after its public debut. The fund, which represents the first offering from Robinhood Ventures, began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 6, 2026, under the ticker symbol RVI. Since then, it has actively pursued investments aimed at giving retail investors exposure to high-growth private companies.
“We’re excited to add Stripe and ElevenLabs to Robinhood Ventures Fund I and are proud to offer retail investors access to these frontier companies,” said Sarah Pinto, President of the fund. She added, “They are helping shape the future of fintech and AI, and reflect RVI’s focus on investing in innovative companies operating at the forefront of their industries.” On March 9, 2026, the fund purchased $14.57 million worth of Class B common stock in Stripe through secondary transactions.
Founded in 2010, Stripe operates as a programmable financial services company with dual headquarters in South San Francisco and Dublin. It provides businesses ranging from startups to publicly listed firms with tools for payments, revenue management, and broader financial operations. As a result, the investment strengthens RVI’s presence in the rapidly evolving fintech sector. Shortly after, on March 12, 2026, RVI acquired approximately $20 million in Series D preferred stock of ElevenLabs through a primary transaction.
Founded in 2022 and based in London, ElevenLabs focuses on artificial intelligence solutions for audio and voice technology. Its platforms enable businesses, creators, and developers to build voice agents, generate multilingual content, and integrate advanced AI audio models. Consequently, the addition of ElevenLabs enhances the fund’s exposure to the fast-growing AI ecosystem.
Moreover, the fund continues to build a concentrated portfolio that includes companies such as Airwallex, Boom, Databricks, Mercor, Oura, Ramp, and Revolut, alongside its latest additions. At the same time, RVI differentiates itself from traditional private market vehicles by offering retail investors easier access, as it requires no accreditation, no minimum investment, and charges a competitive management fee without performance fees.
